Especially during the winter months but even all year round things can get very dry inside the house. But your plants that live indoors year round need to be continually hydrated. One way to keep them that way is to take a damp sponge and gently wipe the leaves. Put warm, not cold, water in a basin. Even add a small dash of dishwashing soap. This will make the leaves shine and keep them clean, taking away the bugs.
