Planting garlic is easy, and late fall is the time to do it, in order to be enjoying fresh garlic next summer.
-Plant the garlic tips up like a tulip bulb.
-Cover the garlic with mulch or straw.
The green leaves will be the first thing you see in the spring in your garden. The cloves will be ready to pick by August.
