BUFFALO, NY-- The phenomenon of the food truck is starting to catch on in Buffalo. And the latest diner on wheels is driven by an experienced Buffalo-born chef with a desire to give back to her hometown.
Chef Kathleen Haggerty is a Buffalonian, born and raised, who graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America before owning her own successful deli in Seattle. So you could say, she's got "street cred". Chef Haggerty is the founder, owner and operator of Buffalo's newest mobile food truck called "The Whole Hog."
