U.S. Border Patrol Spots Pot Plants from the Sky in Wyoming County

PERRY, NY-- U.S. Customs and Border Patrol Agents on helicopter patrol spotted a large amount of marijuana from the sky in the Town of Perry.

Agents contacted Wyoming County Sheriff Deputies from the air and directed them to where marijuana was being grown.

Deputies seized 129 plants, most over 6 feet tall. The value of the plants is being estimated at approximately $75,000.

It's not known yet if police have any suspects.
