V-up's with Swiss Ball Exercise
1. Lay on your back, on the floor or a mat. Extend both your arms and your legs.
2. Place the Swiss ball between your feet.
3. Crunch both your feet and arms up above handing the Swiss ball off between the two on each repetition.
4. Each time you return yourself back down to the floor, (starting position) be sure to extend your body for a full range of motion.
