Chicago, IL (Sports Network) - Josh Willingham cleared the bases with a tie-
breaking three-run double to deep center field with two outs in the seventh
inning to lead the Minnesota Twins to a 5-3 win over the Chicago White Sox on
Scott Diamond (1-1) went six strong innings to pick up the win, yielding just
two runs -- one earned -- and four hits while striking out five.
Justin Morneau and Aaron Hicks each supplied an RBI for Minnesota, which swept
the rain-shortened two-game series with Chicago and has won four consecutive
Adam Dunn homered for the White Sox, who have scored just five runs in three
straight losses. Jeff Keppinger went hitless but picked up two RBI.
Matt Lindstrom (1-1) earned the loss after allowing Willingham's double. Gavin
Floyd started for Chicago and allowed one run in six innings.
