BUFFALO, NY - Signs of life continue to appear on Buffalo's waterfront. The construction underway at a new park on the outer harbor is just the latest proof.
The Erie Canal Harbor Corporation is spending over three million dollars to transform a piece of land, that was once home to the ice boom, into a park that has plenty of waterfront access.
Due to open to the public at the end of May, Channel Two Photojournalist Dooley O'Rourke took a sneak peak at this unique park that combines art and the outdoors.
