BATAVIA, NY-Two brothers are accused of sex crimes, some of which may have taken place as long as thirty years ago.

Back in April, Sean Vickers, 44 of Geneva, was arrested and charged with criminal sexual conduct against a child and sodomy. Sean Vickers was already a registered level three sex offender, having been arrested for sexually abusing a 13-year-old male back in 2009.

Batavia Police say the April arrest of Sean Vickers led to the case against his brother. David Vickers, 49, of Stanley, NY, was arrested by the FBI on May 17th for transporting a minor with intent to engage in sexual activity.

Police say between the two brothers, at least 12 victims have come forward to report being sexually abused by either one brother or the other, as recently as within the past two months.

The cases allegedly occurred throughout New York State, including Niagara, Genesee and Seneca counties, as well as in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Canada.

The FBI and Batavia Police are asking that if you're aware of any children that have had contact with either Sean or David Vickers as a minor, to contact your local police, the FBI, the U.S. Attorney's Office or the City of Batavia Police.
