ORCHARD PARK, NY-The Orchard Park School District is working with police to investigate what the district is calling "inappropriate messages" about the district that were posted on Twitter.
Superintendent Matthew McGarrity tells 2 On Your Side, because this is potentially a student disciplinary issue, he is not able to provide further details.
Police, however, say the messages involved threats against teachers and that the District Attorney's office is involved as well.
A letter explaining the situation was posted on the district's website Thursday afternoon.
Parents with questions can contact the Superintendent's office at 209-6280.
