Clarence, N.Y. - At It's A Wrap Cafe on Sheridan Drive in Clarence, Hollywood is taking on a new role: the sandwich.

It's A Wrap Cafe officially opened in November of 2009. The restaurant offers a wide variety of wraps, panini, and flatbread sandwiches; as well as salads, coffee, ice cream and homemade side salads. The best part? Everything on the menu is movie-themed.

"Everybody can relate to a good movie and everybody can relate to good food," said Stephen Castilone, owner of It's A Wrap Cafe. "I think those two things come together great and I'm really pleased about what's going on."

Chef Randall Broadbent helped design the menu.

"As we were making certain items we were thinking, 'What movie does this remind us of?'," said Broadbent. "So our Big Fat Greek Wedding sandwich has traditional tatziki sauce, feta cheese, chicken, onion, lettuce, tomato and onion. And then we have the back to the future... in that movie Marty didn't like to be called 'chicken' so chicken is the main item."

And, if these sandwiches are all movies, then "freshness" is the leading lady.

"My main focus was healthy," said Castilone. "Try to get the burger away from the kids."

"Everything is really fresh," said Broadbent. "We get our produce daily fresh. Everything we cut, our deli meats and cheese are all cut daily. Our pasta salad, our cinnamon apples ... all of our sides are made fresh daily."

It's A Wrap Cafe is located at 8965 Sheridan Drive in Clarence.
