BUFFALO, NY-- Howard Zemsky was appointed Co-Chairman of the WNY Regional Council by Governor Andrew Cuomo.
Howard Zemsky is Managing Partner of the Larkin Development Group
. The firm is actively redeveloping the historic Larkin District in Buffalo into a mixed use commercial, residential and retail district.
Howard serves as a Commissioner of the NFTA, is Co-Chair of the WNY Regional Council for Economic Development, is President of the Richardson Center Corporation and is Chair of Buffalo State College Council. Howard also serves on the Boards of Buffalo Place and the Michigan Street Preservation Commission.
Howard is a Director of Medical Recovery Management LLC and MOD-PAC Inc.
Howard holds a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
Howard and his wife Leslie have lived in Buffalo for 30 years and they have raised 3 children.
