NORTH COLLINS, N.Y. - A group of concerned residents showed up to Wednesday night's town board meeting.
They wanted to know what's next for North Collins Highway Superintendent David Winter.
Winter, also known in the town as "Kissy," is facing a felony criminal mischief charge for allegedly dumping a substance - possibly liquified manure - into another man's SUV while it was parked at a hardware store.
Sources say Winter targeted the man because he was seen with Winter's ex-girlfriend.
Winter was at the meeting Wednesday night.
He is still on the job because he is an elected official and has not been convicted nor did he plead guilty to anything yet.
One concerned neighbor demanded answers.
