Clymer Woman Arrested Under Leandra's Law

CLYMER, N.Y. - A Clymer woman was arrested for DWI under Leandra's Law after she struck another vehicle head-on, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies say 32-year-old Laura Graves was driving on Route 474 near Bakerink Road around 6:40 p.m. Saturday when she crossed the center line and struck another vehicle head-on.

The sheriff's office says Graves had two children aged 15 or younger in her car at the time of the crash. They issued her tickets and released her to a sober family member.

Graves is charged with DWI, BAC of .08% or more, aggravated DWI Leandra's Law, aggravated unlicensed operation and fail to keep right.
