AMHERST, N.Y. -- How great would it be to go on a shopping spree and get whatever you want for free!
That's what a North Tonawanda woman got to do at the Tops on Robinson Road and Niagara Falls Boulevard in Amherst Thursday afternoon.
Kim Rajewski and her helper had a few weeks to plan her attack, but she had just three minutes and two carts. She talked about her strategy.
"We planned for the meats and the dog food and the cheese. Second cart we just didn't care," said Rajewski.
It all added up to more than $1,200 in free groceries, not bad!
Kim won the shopping spree as part of Tops' Grand Opening Sweepstakes that was held at three of their stores that were undergoing renovations.
