Paladino's Company Faces OSHA Fine

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The company owned by developer Carl Paladino, is facing a possible $44,000 fine from OSHA.

The agency claims ten serious violations of workplace health and safety standards were found at a building his company is demolishing at 2017 Clinton Street in the city.

Among the violations, workers were allegedly exposed to lead while tearing down and disposing of walls and exposure levels were not monitored.

The company has 15 business days to comply or contest the findings.
