BUFFALO, N.Y. - Howard Zemsky, co-chairman of the Western New York regional economic development committee responsible for overseeing the billion dollars in tax incentives handed out the region, says the economic turn-a-round will take more than one year.
Zemsky made the comment on Tuesday morning at the Saturn Club in Buffalo, while being interviewed by Two On Your Side's Heather Ly. Zemsky spoke with Ly after he gave a presentation on the plan.

Zemsky stressed the impact of the Billion 2 Buffalo program will take time.
"In this year, we are investing heavily in Niagara Falls," said Zemsky. "We are doing a lot of planning. When we have specifics, we'll tell you."
