In 57 games Bailey scored 17 goals and added 19 assists for 36 points. Bailey had 34 penalty minutes and was a plus 22 for Kitchener. He added one goal and two assists in ten playoff games.

Bailey turns 18 Monday July 1st.

In the sixth round the Sabres selected Sean Malone a 5'11" 183 lbs center from West Seneca. Malone is scheduled to play for Harvard this comingn season. Malone is a member of the US National Under 18 team.
