ORCHARD PARK, NY - A 15-year-old Orchard Park youth was allegedly robbed and beaten in the woods behind Woodland Drive, not far from Green Lake, Orchard Park Police are saying.
The incident happened at about 8 p.m. on Thursday when the victim was beaten, choked unconscious and robbed of his cash, according to the police report.
Orchard Park detectives later arrested Charles Pellis, 21, formerly of Orchard Park, and Donald Reardon, 22, of Oswego, NY, and charged them with second-degree robbery and assault, grand larceny, conspiracy, unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child.
Reardon was also charged with criminal impersonation for giving police a false name. Once his true identity was discovered police learned he was wanted on several felony warrants in Oswego County.
