MAYVILLE, NY-- A woman who was pulled to safety after a car accident that quickly erupted in flames this weekend could be facing charges.
Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say 28-year-old Valerie Roach is facing DWI charges.
Deputies say additional charges are pending the results of a blood test.
Roach was pinned in her burning car after it crashed on Route 83 in the Town of Villenova. The deputy and passerby, who is an EMT, broke the vehicle's windows and pulled her out, just seconds before it was fully engulfed in flames.
