Bernard Grucza being led into Hamburg Town court
HAMBURG, N.Y. - The accused killer in the Hamburg Toys R Us murder was indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday.
Bernard Grucza is charged with murder in the second degree in the death of assistant manager Larry Wells.
Wells was stabbed to death inside the store back in June.
Grucza, who was the loss prevention manager for the company, was arrested by Hamburg police in the southern-tier last week.
