Santa Clara, CA (Sports Network) - Taylor Darby tallied a double-double with
16 points and 11 rebounds as the Pepperdine Waves defeated the Santa Clara
Broncos 63-57 in a West Coast Conference tilt at the Leavey Center.
Caleb Willis scored 15 points and grabbed eight rebounds for Pepperdine
(10-18, 4-12 WCC), which has won back-to-back games. Ramon Eaton added 10
points and Corbin Moore ripped down 10 boards for the Waves.
The loss for Santa Clara (8-20, 0-16) extends its school record losing streak
to 16 games. Raymond Cowels III scored 15 points for the Broncos while Evan
Roquemore added 12 points and Niyi Harrison put up 11 points and nine
