St. Francis Connects the Most Players to College Football
For the past few decades, one school has connected their student-athletes to play college football at a level that exceeds any other school in WNY.
This school is St. Francis and head coach Jerry Smith and assistant coach John Scibetta continue to do a remarkable job by connecting their players to collegiate football programs throughout the country.
An example to illustrate their success is that sixteen Red Raider alumni from the class of 2012 are paying collegiate football.
For the 2012 season, St. Francis continues to be the standard bearer by having thirty of their alumni playing intercollegiate football.
Canisius is second with seventeen followed by Williamsville South and St. Joe's with fourteen.
