Why did you enter the coaching profession?
I was fortunate to play for and coach with some great coaches; guys I wanted to emulate.
What is your philosophy in coaching?
Start fast, play field position, finish strong
What brings you the most satisfaction in coaching?
Watching our kids develop as players and men
What was your greatest win in coaching high school football?
Last year's wub ever Lancaster, my first as a head coach
What were your most memorial moments in coaching high school football?
The win over Lancaster in 2001, my first year at Depew.  2003 win over Albion in OT.
Who are the most talented players you coached?
Cliff Golembiewski, Casey Lowe, Mike Snyder at Silver Creek; Tom Kazmirczak, Justin Kinot, Adam Rosner, John Kling, Andrew Burgio, Jaden Cotton at Depew; Rich Lowe at UB.
What is your biggest coaching thrill?
Probably Depew's win over East Aurora for the 2007 Class B Sectional Title.  We had an amazing goal line stand at the end. 
What were the best teams you have ever coached?
1998, Silver Creek; 2001, 2003, 2007, 2012 Depew
What was your most proud or memorial moment in playing football?
1977- Orchard Park playing OL with my younger brother, Gary.  1979- My first start at UB
Who was your mentor?
I've been mentioned by some great coaches- Tucker Reddinton and Charlie Donner at UB, Archie Bradley at Silver Creek, Dan McGrath at Depew.
