Williamsville North defeated Grand Island in double overtime to earn their first trip to the championship game which started in 1979.

Jamestown dominated Kenmore West to earn their 3rd consecutive trip to the Ralph and 17th overall.

Frontier defeated Orchard Park to earn a trip to the title game at the Stadium for only the 2nd time. In 1985, the Falcons beat Jamestown 6-3 at Rich Stadium.

Canisius won the 82nd meeting in the Canisius vs. St. Joe's rivalry game with a dominating defensive performance 21-0.
