ESPN's Chris Mortensen is reporting that the Bills will hire David Lee as their quarterbacks coach.

Lee was the offensive coordinator for Ole Miss this past season.  He was the QB coach for the Miami Dolphins from 2008 to 2010, where he helped develop Miami's "Wildcat" offense.

Lee will replace George Cortez, who was hired as the head coach of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the CFL.

Chan Gailey will also have to fill another opening on his coaching staff.  Bills wide receivers coach Stan Hixon has been named to the new coaching staff at Penn State.  Hixon will be the Assistant Head coach and will coach the receivers for the Nittany Lions.

Hixon was the receivers coach for the Bills for the past two seasons.
