BUFFALO, N.Y - As the Buffalo Bills and Erie County negotiate a new lease agreement and renovation plan for Ralph Wilson Stadium, we found out what county taxpayer money paid for in the current agreement.
Two On Your Side obtained a list of operations and game day expenses that Erie County reimbursed the team from August 1, 2010 through July 31, 2011.

Two On Your Side also confirmed through a source that the preliminary study done by the firm Populous has been completed. The team hired the company to look into what improvements are needed at Ralph Wilson Stadium. County officials have seen the preliminary work, but the firm is still finishing its final report.
