ORCHARD PARK, N.Y.-The Bills begin their first round of OTA's today in Orchard Park. Organized Team Activities are voluntary but a good turnout is expected.
A number of the Bills off season acquisitions and draft choices have been here for rookie camp and voluntary workouts but this will be the first time the whole team is together.
Bills running back Fred Jackson is excited to get things underway. "It's slowly progressing, we made some good moves in the off season, now its time to start putting those pieces together, i'ts exciting times, we feel like we've made some good moves. Again, we've gotta go out and play football but we're excited about it".
A number of players are expected to be held out of the workouts as they are recovering from offseason surgeries.
Under terms of the new CBA no pads can be worn during these workouts.
