The Bills countered that with a scoring drive of their own, capped off by a 3 yard TD run from Thad Lewis. The Bengals answered quickly though, with a touchdown drive of their own that traveled 83 yards.
In the second quarter, the Bengals added drives of 99 yards and 87 yards. They kept rolling in the third quarter with drives of 39 yards and 65 yards.
It was in the fourth that the Bills defense found their game, forcing Cincinnati to punt four times and holding them to 36 yards total offense. The Bills offense helped that effort with two touchdowns, sending the game into overtime.
