BUFFALO BILLS VS. NEW YORK GIANTS - METLIFE STADIUM, EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) - Buffalo nose tackle Kyle Williams was among five Bills' starters who are inactive for Sunday's game against the New York Giants.

Williams was listed as questionable for the game Friday with a foot problem. Linebacker Shawne Merriman was declared out Saturday with an Achilles tendon problem, joining receiver Donald Jones

(ankle), linebacker Chris Kelsay (calf) and tackle Demetrius Bell (shoulder) as inactive.

The Giants are missing three starters, guard Chris Snee (concussion), fullback Henry Hynoski (neck) and defensive end Justin Tuck (groin-neck). Tuck missed his third straight game and fourth overall, while Snee had a streak of 101 consecutive starts snapped.

FIRST QUARTER

13:00 - Good first series for Bills defense stopping Ahmad Bradshaw on third down and forcing punt on Giants first posession.

9:59 - Bills first drive stalls -  Giants force punt.

5:20 - GIANTS TOUCHDOWN - AHMAD BRADSHAW - 1-YARD TD RUN - 7-0 GIANTS.  The Giants march dwon the field on their second posession.  Eli Manning leads a 9-play 69-yard drive capped by Bradshaw's 1-yard TD run.  On the previous play, Manning hit tight end Jake Ballard on a 24-yard pass play down to the one-yard line to set-up Bradshaw's touchdown run.

5:20 - BILLS TOUCHDOWN - FRED JACKSON 80-YARD TD RUN - 7-7 GAME.  It doesn't take the Bills long to respond.  Fred Jackson takes off for a career-long TD run on the first play of the ensuing drive for the 80-yard touchdown to tie the game.

:35 - BILLS TOUCHDOWN - RYAN FITZPATRICK 60-YARD TD PASS TO NAAMAN ROOSEVELT - 14-7 BILLS - Naaman Roosevelt continues to overachieve.  The former St. Joe's and UB star is in the line-up because of all the injuries at receiver. Roosevelt scores a key touchdown on a 60-yard catch and run on 3rd and 6 to give the Bills the lead at 14-7.

SECOND QUARTER

9:53 - GIANTS FIELD GOAL - LAWRENCE TYNES 26-YARD FIELD GOAL - 14-10 BUFFALO - The Bills defense forces a field goal after a Drayton Florence pass interference penalty gives the Giants the ball first and goal at the 9-yard line.  Eli Manning threw incomplete twice and Bradshaw was able to run for just one yard before the Bills foced the field goal.

5:35 - Giants force Bills punt after sacking Ryan Fitzpatrick twice.  The Bills recovered a Ftizpatrick fumble on the first one, and the second took Buffalo out of field goal range.   After a Brian Moorman punt, the Giants will take over at their own 10-yard line.

2:58 - GIANTS TOUCHDOWN - AHMAD BRADSHAW - 1-YARD TOUCHDOWN RUN - 17-14 GIANTS.   The Giants respond by putting together a 5-play 89-yard drive capped by Ahmad Bradshaw's 1-yard TD run.  It looked as if his knee was down before he extended the ball to break the plane of the goal line.  After a review the call stood.  The big play on the drive was a 60-yard strike from Manning to Hakeem Nicks that set-up the touchdown.

:44 - BILLS FIELD GOAL - RIAN LINDELL FROM 49-YARDS - 17-17 GAME - Ryan Lindell caps a 6-play 49-yard drive with his 200th field goal as a Bill to tie the game late in the second quarter.  The Bills drive stalled when they were stopped on third and inches.

THIRD QUARTER

6:53 - GIANTS TOUCHDOWN - AHMAD BRADSHAW - 1-YARD TD RUN - 24-17 GIANTS - Eli Manning settles down and leads a 10-play 75-yard drive in 5:07.  What appeared to be a touchdown pass to Mario Manningham was overturned upon review.  The officials ruled Manningham's shin was down before he broke the plane of the goal line.  Bradshaw scored his third touchdown of the day on the next play.

4:14 - Ryan Fitzpatrick throws his first interception of the game looking for Steve Johnson down the left sideline and is picked off by the Giants Corey Webster on outstanding coverage.

:59 - The Bills block Lawrence Tynes 51-yard field goal attempt.  Alex Carrington got a hand on it.  Earlier on the drive, Terrence McGee broke up what would have been a TD strike to Manningham.  Bills remain seven points down.

FOURTH QUARTER

11:29 - Left tackle Chris Hairston suffers what looks like an injury to his left leg.  Andy Levitre moves to left tackle for Buffalo.

8:57 - BILLS TOUCHDOWN - RYAN FITZPATRICK 9-YARD TD PASS TO STEVE JOHNSON - GAME TIED 24-24.   The Bills able to put together a sustained drive of their own going 60-yards in 12-plays converting a 4th and 1 en route.  Fitzpatrick caps it with a 9-yard strike to Johnson to tie the game 24-24, as the Bills continue to have success in the red zone.

4:02 - Fitzpatrick throws his second interception of the game looking for Johnson down the left sideline.  Corey Webster able to make the play for the pick... his second of the game on a ball that was underthrown and too far to the inside.

1:32 - GIANTS FG - LAWRENCE TYNES FG FROM 29-YARDS - 27-24 GIANTS -  The Bills defense puts together an impressive stand with the game on the line.   Drayton Florence was hit up for another pass interference call, but the Marcell Dareus was able to stop Bradsaw for a loss on 2nd and goal.  Leodis McKelvin breaks up Manning's pass on third and goal forcing the Giants to kick the field goal.   The Bills take over down three at their own 20 after a touchback with 1:32 left in the game.

:59 - Ryan Fitzpatrick's pass is deflected on 4th and 5 and the Giants take possession for the final time and the win in a position to run out the clock.  On 3rd and 5... Fitzpatrick threw high to Roosevelt and incomplete.
